Article 6 — BILATERAL AMENDMENTS TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS

Sec. 9-7.601. - Termination, cancellation, modification, and amendment of development agreements.

Any development agreement may be cancelled or amended by the mutual consent of the applicant (or his successor in interest) and the County in the same manner as set forth in this chapter for entering into such agreements.
