Except as otherwise provided in this ordinance and in the 1973 Code, all ordinances of the County of Plumas in force upon the effective date of this ordinance are hereby repealed, and all of the provisions of the 1958 Code, as amended and in force upon the effective date of this ordinance, are hereby repealed.
