1997 UNIFORM HOUSING CODE

The 1997 Uniform Housing Code, published by the International Code Council, 500 New Jersey Avenue, NW, 6^th Floor, Washington, D.C. 20001, is adopted by reference hereto, subject to any amendments, deletions or additions as set forth in this chapter. A copy of this document is maintained in the office of the Building Department. (Ord. 650 (part), 2013; Ord. 647 (part), 2013).

In the event of any conflicts between this Code and the provisions and requirements of the California Building Standards Code, California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Parts 1 through Part 12, as adopted and amended in Title 15 of the Ross Municipal Code, the provisions of the California Building Standards Code (Cal. Code of Regs., Title 24, Part 1 through Part 12), as amended, shall apply. (Ord. 650 (part), 2013; Ord. 647 (part), 2013).
