9.06.010 Convicted persons to reimburse town.¶

Any person convicted of any criminal offense related to an arrest by officers of the Ross police department shall reimburse the town any criminal justice fee imposed on the town by the County of Marin on account of the incarceration of the arrested person. (Ord. 728 (part), 2025; Ord. 511 §1, 1992).
