Lot widths shall be as follows:

  • a. INTERIOR LOTS. Each interior lot shall have a minimum lot width of at least fiftytwo (52) feet.

  • b. CORNER LOTS. Each corner lot shall have a minimum lot width of at least sixtytwo (62) feet.

  • c. The lot width for lots fronting on a curved street or on the curved portion of a cul-desac street shall be measured along a chord located twenty-five (25) feet from the edge of the street rightof-way.
