§ 21.05.010. Purpose.¶

The purpose of Title 21 is to provide for the adoption and amendment of General Plans, Community Plans, and Specific Plans, and to establish procedures for the preparation and review of a capital procedure program providing for the physical development of the County of Sacramento.
