PATRON SAFETY AND SECURITY

16.12.010 Patron safety and security.

Cardroom permittees shall create a plan for the security and safety of patrons and other persons who are lawfully on the premises. (Ord. 28517.)

16.12.020 Patron safety and security plans required.

  • A. Each Cardroom Permittee shall submit a written patron safety and security plan, designed to protect patrons and other persons who are lawfully on the premises of the permitted Cardroom, to the Administrator by February 1, 2000.

  • B. The Administrator shall have the right to require amendments to the plan that are reasonably necessary to protect the public peace, health, safety, and welfare.
