4.80.2700 - Creation of state drug forfeiture fund.

There is hereby created and established a separate fund entitled the "state drug forfeiture fund."

4.80.2710 - Deposit of monies.

All monies received by the city pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 11489 shall be deposited into the state drug forfeiture fund.

4.80.2720 - Expenditures of monies.

Monies in the state drug forfeiture fund shall be disbursed as authorized by the city council for use by the San José police department.
