§ 4-3-200. ON-SALE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

With the exception of Sections 4-3-300, 4-3-305, 4-3-345, 4-3-350 and 4-3-360 the other provisions of this Chapter shall not apply to business establishments licensed by the State Department or Alcoholic Beverage Control for on-sale consumption of alcoholic beverages and which exclude minors entirely from the premises.
