1-16-1: ADOPTION OF CODE:¶

The terms of title 2, division 6 of the California Code of Regulations and any amendments to it duly adopted by the Fair Political Practices Commission are hereby incorporated by reference and shall constitute the conflict of interest code of the City. (Ord. 665-99, 2-16-1999)

1-16-2: FILING OF STATEMENTS OF ECONOMIC INTERESTS:¶

Designated employees shall be established by resolution, and officers and designated employees shall file the statements of economic interests with the City Clerk who will make copies available for public inspection and reproduction. (Ord. 665-99, 2-16-1999)
