Sec. 9-6.03. All annexations. ¶
For the purpose of defraying the expenses involved in connection with processing an annexation, a filing fee prescribed by Council resolution shall be submitted with all applications for annexation. Such fee shall be in addition to the required State Board of Equalization and Local Agency Formation Commission filing fees. (§ I, Ord. 372-NS, eff.
