Ukiah Zoning Code § 9221.2 Relationship to Zoning Ordinance

If a conflict occurs between a requirement of this article and the City of Ukiah zoning ordinance and subdivision ordinance (Chapter 1 of this division), the provisions of this article (downtown zoning code) shall apply.
