Ukiah Municipal Code Art. 6 Redevelopment Agency

There is hereby created a redevelopment agency for the city.

Pursuant to section 33114.5 of the Health & Safety Code the members of the redevelopment agency shall be the city council as it is from time to time constituted.

Any and all expenses to be paid to the members of the agency shall be as set forth in the agency's bylaws.

The chairman, vice chairman and other officers of the agency shall be established as set forth in the agency's bylaws.

The powers and duties of the Redevelopment Agency shall be those contained in the Health and Safety Code Section 33000 et seq. as now exist and as are from time to time amended, renumbered or repealed.

The Council has determined the need for a redevelopment agency in the City by its establishment of a redevelopment agency. The official name of the City's redevelopment agency shall be the "Ukiah Redevelopment Agency."
