§ 2440. Penalties.¶

It is a misdemeanor for any person to receive a profit, wage or salary from any bingo game authorized by this ordinance. A violation of this Chapter shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00), which fine shall be deposited in the General Fund of the City.
