24.417.010 Applicability.

All new development shall comply with Title 23, Chapter 2.7, Section 490 of the California Code of Regulations, regarding water e[cient landscape. The director is authorized to create and maintain speciYc application requirements and procedures consistent with state law. (Ord. No. 2021-017, § 42, 12-13-21)
