83.030805 Procedures.

(a) The Community Development Director shall review and act upon requests for amendments to an approved Sign Location Plan and for amendments thereof.

(b) Procedure

Staff Review without Notice

Prior to acting upon a request for a subdivision Sign Location Plan, the reviewing authority shall find that all of the following are true.

(1) Signs constructed in accordance with the proposed Sign Location Plan will be compatible with the character of the community or communities in which the sign structures are to be located.

(2) The construction of sign structures in accordance with the proposed Sign Location Plan will not have an adverse affect upon properties adjoining the proposed sign location.

(3) The construction of sign structures in accordance with the proposed Sign Location Plan will be consistent with the policies contained within the City’s General Plan and any other applicable plan.
