86.0201 General Provisions.

Dunlap Acres should receive landscape treatments to enhance the rural village character of the area. Appropriate design elements include deciduous flowering trees, evergreen windrows, split-rail fencing and plantation-type tree massings. Large spreading canopy street trees should be used extensively to establish unity in the residential areas where a wide variety of architectural treatments prevail.
