87.1205 General Provisions. ¶
(a) Intent
The purpose of the Citywide Design Guidelines is to implement General Plan policies regarding the advancement of the visual quality of the community, and to ensure that new projects provide high quality design and architecture by providing clear and concise direction for the renovation of existing buildings and the construction of new buildings. (b) Locational Requirements
The Design Guidelines shall be applied in the City of Yucaipa for all Land Use Districts. (Added by Ord. 376 § 1, 2019)
87.1210 Development Standards. ¶
All development projects shall be reviewed in accordance with and conform to the Design Guidelines, as adopted by resolution of the City Council, and as may be amended from time to time, and shall also comply with the development standards specified by the Development Code. (Added by Ord. 376 § 1, 2019)
