Signs
  • At most 1 sign, in the front yard of the sale property, no larger than 3 square feet.
    Applies: Signs go up no earlier than 1 hour before the sale and come down within 1 hour after it ends.

    No more than one (1) sign, not to exceed three (3) square feet in area, may be placed in the front yard of the premises where the garage sale is conducted.
  • 1 more sign is allowed in the street side yard, at most 3 square feet.
    Applies: Sales on a corner lot.

    However, if the garage sale is to be conducted on a corner lot, one (1) additional sign, not to exceed three (3) square feet in area, may be displayed in the street side yard.
