    Notwithstanding the foregoing, any Electric Vehicle Charging Station established or permitted prior to the effective date of this Chapter shall not require a permit issued under Section .040 of this Chapter unless physical modifications or alterations are undertaken that materially change the size, type, or components of the Electric Vehicle Charging Station.
  • The Building Official issues the permit if all requirements are met with no specific, adverse public health or safety impact.

    The Building Official will review a completed application and determine whether to issue a Charging Station Permit. The Building Official will issue the Charging Station Permit; provided, the Building Official determines proposed installation meets all of the requirements set forth in subsection .030 of Section 15.05.040 and will not have a Specific, Adverse Impact upon the public health and safety.

    Upon confirmation by the Building Official of the application and supporting documentation being complete and meeting the requirements of the checklist, the Building Official shall administratively approve the application and issue all required permits or authorizations.
