Where carts are kept
  • Keep containers in a suitable place readily accessible to the franchisee.
    Applies: Containers must hold all solid waste, recyclables and organics that build up between 2 collections.

    to keep in a suitable place readily accessible to the franchisee, containers capable of holding without spilling all solid waste, recyclables, and organic materials which would ordinarily accumulate on the premises between the time of two (2) successive collections.
