    Additions to existing driveways shall be allowed so long as the resulting driveway and any contiguous paved or surfaced area within the front or street side yards do not exceed a maximum of twenty seven feet (27') in total width.
  • Additions may not pass the garage or carport wall nearest the front or enter the landscaped main front yard.
    Applies: Residential driveway additions (separate site plan permit needed); a driveway originally in front of the main living area may not be enlarged.

    Driveway additions shall not extend beyond the projection of the garage or carport wall on the side of the garage or carport closest to the front of the residence and its entry, or into the main portion of the front yard.
