Front yard height
  • Solid walls and fences may be no more than 4 feet tall.
    Applies: Within a required front yard setback.

    Solid walls and fences shall not exceed four feet (4') in height within a required front yard setback area as specified in section 9.07.050, table 2-4 of this chapter, development standards.
  • Fences up to 6 feet tall may be allowed if they do not impair visibility.
    Applies: Within the required front setback; horizontal fence parts no more than 4 inches in diameter.
