§ 17.112.010. Purpose. ¶
These procedures ensure the consistent interpretation and application of the provisions of this Zoning Ordinance and the General Plan. (Prior code § 159.56.010)
§ 17.112.020. Procedure. ¶
The Director has the authority to make Zoning Ordinance interpretations and the Commission has the authority to make General Plan interpretations. A written appeal of any interpretation of the provisions of this Zoning Ordinance made by the Director may be filed, together with all required fees, with the Department pursuant to Chapter 17.104 . The appeal shall specifically state the Zoning Ordinance or General Plan provision(s) in question, and provide any information to assist in the review of the appeal. The decision of the Director may be appealed to the City Council. (Prior code § 159.56.020; Ord. 741 10-5-21)
