SIDEWALKS IN COMMERCIAL ZONES Sections: Regulations.

417-1. Regulations.¶

No person shall operate, ride, or use, a bicycle, or a skateboard or similar device, upon any sidewalk located in any territory in the County that is zoned by the County’s zoning ordinance as a commercial zone and that is posted with appropriate signs prohibiting such operation, riding, or use. (Ord. 1822, § 1, 2/16/1988)
