418-1. Permission for Golf Carts to Use Certain County Roads.¶
Golf carts are permitted to utilize the portion of Lake Benbow Drive (Co. Road No. 6B183) from p.m. 0.00 to p.m. 0.33 (p.k. 0.00 to p.k. 0.51) and to utilize the portion of Benbow Drive (Co. Road No. 6B180) from p.m. 3.78 to p.m. 3.98 (p.k. 5.98 to p.k. 6.31). (Ord. 1830, § 1, 5/3/1988; Ord. 1844, § 1, 8/23/1988)
418-2. Regulations.¶
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Humboldt may from time to time, by resolution, prescribe such rules and regulations as may be needed to protect the golf cart users and regular motor vehicle traffic on said portions of said County roads.
