Chapter 17.08 — DISTRICTS—REGULATIONS APPLICATION

§ 17.08.010. Structure erection or alteration.

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, no structure shall be erected, reconstructed, enlarged, altered or moved; nor shall any building or land be used except as hereinafter specifically provided and allowed in the districts in which such structure and land are located. (Ord. 354 § 14.4.1, 1973)

§ 17.08.020. Subdivision provisions application when.

The districting regulations are as follows in Chapters 17.10 through 17.46 , provided that when a development has been approved by the planning commission and city council under the optional design and improvement standards of the subdivision title then such approved building sites, coverage and yards under such plan shall be considered as the requirements of this title. (Ord. 354 § 4.2, 1973)
