SEC. 94.200.0. BASIC PROVISIONS.¶

(Amended by Ord. No. 187,719, Eff. 1/23/23.)

Chapter 2 of the California Plumbing Code (CPC) is adopted by reference with the following exceptions: CPC Sections 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 210, 212, 215, 219, 220, and 221 are not adopted and, in lieu, LAMC Sections 94.203.0, 94.204.0, 94.205.0, 94.206.0, 94.207.0, 94.208.0, 94.210.0, 94.212.0, 94.215.0, 94.219.0, 94.220.0, and 94.221.0 are added.
