§ 17.20.010. Purpose. ¶
The PD District is intended to provide for a mix of residential and recreational development consisting of five single-family residences and 1.74 acres of recreational area located east of Malibu Bluffs Park and south of Pacific Coast Highway. The PD District consists of the land designated as Assessor Parcels Numbers (APNs) 4458-018-019, 4458-018-002, and 4458-018-018 known as Malibu Coast Estate.

§ 17.20.020. Permitted uses. ¶
The uses and structures permitted and conditionally permitted in the PD district shall be as indicated in the associated approved planned development. (Ord. 338 § 5, 2009)
§ 17.20.030. Lot development criteria. ¶
In addition to the regulations contained in this chapter, all uses in the PD district shall be subject to the applicable standards located in this title, unless indicated otherwise in the approved planned development.
