7.2.1 Residential Customers that are ill, elderly (over 65 years of age) or handicapped…¶

a) The Customer has been made aware of the availability of funds from various governmental and social assistance agencies which the City is aware of. b) City has made a diligent effort to notify a third party previously designated by the Customer. c) City has attempted to make satisfactory payment arrangements with Customer and/or previously designated third party.
