It shall be unlawful for any person to have in his or her possession any Graffiti Implement while in any public park, playground, swimming pool, recreational facility, or while in or within ten feet of an underpass, bridge abutment, storm drain, or other similar type of infrastructure not normally used by the public, except as may be authorized by the City. 14-59.1 Possession Of Spray Actuator Prohibited¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to possess any Spray Actuator, as defined in herein, for the purpose of defacing, marking or damaging any public or privately-owned property without the express consent of the owner of such property or the Owner's Representative.
