Sacramento County Zoning Code § 902-14 Delta Area

For the purposes of this ordinance, the Delta Area is that area south of the City of Sacramento to the tip of Sherman Island protected from flooding by levees as bound by Reclamation District numbers: 3, 317, 341, 349, 369, 407, 551, 554, 556, 563, 744, 746, 755, 813, 1002, 1601, 2067, and 2111 (Reclamation District 2110 is excluded).
