San Francisco Administrative Code § 4.26 Annual Report of Revenue Recovery for Damage to City Property

Each department shall prepare and submit by April 15th of each year a report to the Board of Supervisors and the Controller that identifies for the previous three fiscal years: 1) the value of any damage sustained to City real and

personal property under the control of the department; 2) the amount billed or requested; 3) the amount of revenue recovered by the department, or other City department or agency on behalf of that department, from those responsible for the damage to City property; (4) amount outstanding and 5) number of claims sent to the City Attorney's Office.
