San Francisco County Municipal Code Art. 103 Prevailing Wages

All Contractors and Subcontractors performing work on a Covered Project or a Covered Contract as defined in Article 101 shall pay their workers on such project or contract not less than the Prevailing Rate of Wages as set under Section 103.2, or the rate required by the Minimum Compensation Ordinance, Labor and Employment Code Article 111, whichever is higher.
