SEC. 1606. GENERAL.

Officials and agencies referred to in this Code and in SMA are officials and agencies of the City and County of San Francisco and the Agency, unless the contrary is either stated or implied. Capitalized terms unless separately defined in this Code have the meanings and content set forth in the Plan and Plan Documents. (Added by Ord. 304-04, File No. 041544, App. 12/24/2004)
