RENTAL STABILIZATION PROGRAM FEE FUND

4.80.4130 Rental stabilization program fee fund established. ¶
There is hereby created and established the "Rental Stabilization Program Fee Fund." (Ord. 30277.)
4.80.4140 Source of monies. ¶
There shall be deposited in this Fund monies paid to the City, pursuant to the Apartment Rent Ordinance, the Ellis Act Ordinance, the Tenant Protection Ordinance, and the Mobilehome Rent Ordinance as set forth in Parts 1-9, 11, and 12 of Chapter 17.23, and Chapter 17.22 of Title 17 of this Code, respectively. Within this Fund, a separate account shall be established for monies paid to the City pursuant to the Apartment Rent Ordinance, the Ellis Act Ordinance, the Tenant Protection Ordinance, the Mobilehome Rent Ordinance, and each such account shall bear the name of the applicable ordinance. 4.80.4150 Expenditures. ¶
Monies in each of the accounts established within the Rental Stabilization Program Fee Fund shall be expended in accordance with the provisions of the Apartment Rent Ordinance, the Ellis Act Ordinance, the Tenant Protection Ordinance, and the Mobilehome Rent Ordinance, as applicable. In addition, monies deposited within each of the accounts in this Fund may be used for the direct and administrative costs, and for direct and indirect
overhead costs, of the City in performing program administration of the program established by the applicable ordinance, including, but not limited to, calculation and collection of fees authorized by such ordinance. (Ord. 30277.)
4.80.4160 Interest. ¶
Interest which accrues from monies in each of the accounts within the Rental Stabilization Program Fee Fund shall be credited to such account. (Ord. 30277.)
