§ 8291. Reversion to Acreage by Final Map.¶
Subdivided real property may be reverted to acreage pursuant to the provisions of Section 66499.11 through Section 66499.20 ½ of the Government Code.

§ 8292. Resubdivision of an Existing Subdivision.¶
In the event an existing subdivision is resubdivided so that the street alignment, lot design or drainage will be changed, then the area constitutes a new subdivision and the procedure for filing tentative and final maps as outlined in this Chapter is applicable.
