§ 8120. Fire Hydrants.¶
Subdividers shall locate and install fire hydrants at such locations and of such size as directed by the Fire Chief of the City. A gate valve shall be installed on the lateral between the water main and each fire hydrant.

§ 8121. Fire Alarm System.¶
Required extensions of the City's fire alarm system, including connection to the central control panel, shall be financed by the subdivider as designed by the Fire Chief and the City Engineer. The subdivider shall deposit with the Director of Finance the estimated cost of all required materials and labor at the time the subdivision improvement plan is submitted, as provided in Article 13 of this Chapter.
