Reclaimed (Recycled) Water. The minimum water qual- ity for reclaimed (recycled) water shall meet the applicable water quality requirements of California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 4, Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 60301) for disinfected tertiary recycled water and the appli- cable reclaimed (recycled) water use. The reclaimed (recy- cled) water supplier shall supply water in accordance with permits issued by the State Water Resources Control Board or Regional Water Quality Control Board.
