Chapter 17.32 — P - OFF-STREET PARKING ZONE

17.32.010 Purpose.

The P (Off-Street Parking) Zone is intended for off-street parking of automobiles and other vehicles. (`78 Code, § 17.32.010.)

17.32.020 Permitted uses.

The following uses shall be permitted in the P zone:

  • (A) A house trailer may be used as a construction project office during the time of construction when a valid building permit is in force;

  • (B) Open air, temporary parking of transient automobiles and other vehicles, but not including service, repair or sales. For improvements required, see §§ 17.76.080 through 17.76.100;

  • (C) Parks and recreation areas subject to the provisions of Chapter 2.36.

17.32.030 Conditional uses.

The following uses may be permitted subject to conditional use permits provided for in Chapter 17.92: parking buildings and structures subject to the height limits of the adjacent residential district. (`78 Code, § 17.32.030.)

17.32.040 Prohibited uses.

Uses prohibited in the P zone are as follows:

  • (A) Commercial uses.

  • (B) Industrial uses.

  • (C) Residential uses.

  • (D) Cannabis storefront retailer.

  • (E) Cannabis non-storefront retailer.

  • (F) Cannabis manufacturing.

  • (G) Cannabis distribution.

  • (H) Cannabis testing laboratory.

  • (I) Cannabis microbusiness.

  • (J) Cannabis cultivation.

  • (K) Any type of commercial cannabis activity.

17.32.050 Landscaping.

The provisions of Chapter 17.70 shall apply.
