§ 17.68.010. Requirements. ¶
A. Every individual parcel of land existing on the effective date of the ordinance codified in this title shall be deemed to be one lot and shall be subject to all property development standards stated in the zone in which it is located.
B. No lot or parcel of land existing on the effective date of the ordinance codified in this title may be reduced in any manner below the minimum standards for lot area as established by this title for the district within which the lot is located.
C. No lot area may be so reduced or diminished that the yards or other open spaces will be less than prescribed by this title nor may the occupancy be increased in any manner except in
conformity with the regulations herein established. (1964 Code Appx. A § 10.40)
