§ 18.46.010. Purpose of district.

The purpose of the UR/I district is to provide locations for light manufacturing, trucking and other industrial related land uses, as well as to serve as a holding zone which may be redesignated to meet the changing need for land.

§ 18.46.020. Permitted uses.

Uses permitted in the UR/I zone include:

  • A. Advertising and related services;

  • B. Auto repair and related services;

  • C. Building and landscape maintenance;

  • D. Carwash;

  • E. Contractor's yard;

  • F. Delivery and private postal services;

  • G. Equipment rental;

  • H. Feed stores and farm supply stores;

  • I. Laundries;

  • J. Photocopy services;

  • K. Photofinishing, blueprinting;

  • L. Printing and publishing services;

  • M. Repair services;

  • N. Retail sale of auto parts, tires and batteries;

  • O. Retail sale of autos, boats, mobile homes;

  • P. Retail sale of building and landscape materials;

  • Q. Retail sale of furniture and appliances;

  • R. Service stations;

S. Warehousing/wholesaling, ministorage, moving companies. (Ord. 93-324 §1)

§ 18.46.030. Conditional uses.

Uses permitted subject to obtaining a conditional use permit, including manufacturing, and commercial cannabis businesses involving distribution, manufacturing, testing labs, cultivationprocessing, and/or microbusiness (non-cultivation). (Ord. 93-324 §1; Ord. 2021-494 §9)
