ICE CREAM TRUCK PERMITS

6.36.100 Restrictions on handbill distribution.

Anything contained in this chapter to the contrary notwithstanding, no person, regardless of whether acting pursuant to any license or permit heretofore issued or granted, or otherwise, shall, upon any street, sidewalk or park, cast, throw or deposit, to persons in vehicles whether said vehicles are moving in traffic, stopped at stop signs, yield signs, traffic lights, or other traffic directional devices, or otherwise temporarily detained on public streets and roadways, any handbill.
