For applications listed in Section 1.11.0 regu- lated by the Office of the State Fire Marshal, plastic piping shall not be exposed as a portion of the interior room finish in a build- ing or structure if the piping has a flame-spread rating exceed- ing 75 when tested in accordance with ASTM E84, “Test for Surface Burning Characteristics of Building Materials.”
