Chapter 17.405 — ADMINISTRATIVE PERMIT

This chapter identifies the process to obtain an Administrative Permit. An Administrative Permit is required for uses permitted by-right yet subject to specific Zoning Code standards. An

Administrative Permit is a ministerial procedure for the City to verify that a proposed permitted use complies with all applicable standards and to ensure that the applicant understands and accepts these standards.

Uses that require an Administrative Permit are specified as a permitted use in the land use regulation tables for each district.

No conditions of approval may be attached to the approval of an Administrative Permit.
