422.10 Commissaries Serving Mobile Food Prepara- tion Units. [DPH] Commissaries serving mobile food preparation units shall have at least one hose bib. The hose bib shall be supplied with hot and cold water and be provided with a single spout, a backflow-preventer device and shall be located on the premises of the establishment.
