17.40.010 Purpose and intent.

The intent of the Greenhorn Creek Golf Course District (GHC-Golf) is to provide for the development of a golf course and its related facilities. (Ord. 517 §§2, 3 (Att. A), 2022)

17.40.020 Permitted uses.

Uses permitted in the Greenhorn Creek Golf Course District (GHC-Golf) district are as follows:

A. Roads;

  • B. Driveways;

  • C. Bridges;

  • D. Pathways and walks;

  • E. Sanitary sewer lines;

  • F. Sanitary sewer lift stations;

  • G. Water lines;

  • H. Underground public utility lines;

  • I. Storm drainage facilities;

  • J. Water pumping stations;

  • K. Water storage ponds;

L. Project identification signage;

M. Temporary uses associated with the preceding uses not to exceed eighteen months or the duration of a building permit, whichever is shorter and renewable annually; N. Accessory uses and structures appurtenant to permitted uses. (Ord. 517 §§2, 3 (Att. A), 2022)

17.40.030 Uses subject to site plan review or site development permit.

The following uses are subject to issuance of a site plan review or site development permit pursuant to Chapters 17.73 and 17.74, unless otherwise exempted by those chapters:

  • A. Permanent golf-related structures.

  • B. Special events.

  • C. Accessory uses and structures appurtenant to the preceding uses. (Ord. 517 §2 (Att. A), 2022)

17.40.040 Conditional uses.

A conditional use permit is required for the following uses:

A. Recreational uses other than golf-related recreational uses.

  • B. Accessory uses and structures appurtenant to conditional uses. (Ord. 517 §§2, 3 (Att. A), 2022)
