17.98.010 Separability. ¶

A. Should any part or provision of this title be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of this title as a whole or any part thereof other than the part or provision so declared invalid or unconstitutional.

B. Should the applicability of any provision of this title to any parcel of land or structure be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the applicability of such provision to other parcels or structures. (Ord. 323 §54, 1992)
