Provision shall be made to collect and dispose of condensate from venting systems serving Category II and Category IV appliances and noncategorized condensing appliances. [NFPA 54:12.10.1]
509.9.1 Installation. Drains for condensate shall be installed in accordance with the appliance and vent manufacturers’ installation instructions. [NFPA 54:12.10.2]
