  1. IPAs hired by the owner to perform a financial audit must adhere to the ROB posted on the Multifamily EIV website at: http://www.hud.gov/offices/hsg/mfh/rhiip/eiv/rulesofbehavior.pdf.

The ROB must be signed by the IPA and kept on file. Upon request, the signed ROB must be made available to the entity monitoring EIV system compliance.
